DO YOU NEED BONE GRAFT FOR AN IMPLANT OR NOT???
Patient came to our clinic with a complaint of missing upper and lower front teeth and there is bone resorption due to not replacing the missing teeth for long time after extraction. Bi-cortical Implants placed in upper and lower missing teeth region WITHOUT BONE GRAFT!!!
